After the ceremony, 12:15 - 12:45, the parade will affect:

• Church Street
• Market Place
• Bridge Street
• Balderton Gate

Advance notification for Christmas light switch-ons are now coming through from City and County.

Mansfield's Christmas lights will be switched on 12th November 2009, and in order for this to proceed there will be several road closures between 16:30 and 19:30 on this date. The affected roads are as follows:

• West Gate, from jct with St. John Street to Leeming Street
• Church Street, from jct with Leeming Street to WHite Hart Street
• Regent Street, from jct with Clumber Street to West Gate
• Leeming Street, from jct with Toothill Lane to Chursch Street
• Market Place, whole length
• Stockwell Gate Continuation, whole length
• Market Street, whole length
• Queen Street - Market Street link, whole length
• Queen Street, whole length
• Quaker Way to Queen Street link, whole length
