The Traffic Control Centre's main computer system - that which controls the traffic signals - has recently been upgraded. Whilst this should herald more consistent performance in the long run, it has caused the congestion monitoring function of Travelwise to break; a software fix is on the way, but probably won't be here until March 5th 2010.
