I have today implemented a basic search function in the roadworks section. It was brought to my attention that whilst the area-based navigation is adequate for streets, it was a more substantial task to find (for example) work on the A611 - a road which crosses many of the defined area borders.
This is a simple keyword-based search, and is case-sensitive; 'Nottingham' is different to 'NOTTINGHAM' or 'NoTTinghAM'. A more robust solution will be put in place once our back-end software package is upgraded later this month.
