It may have come to your attention that various data feeds we take from the Highways Agency have stopped working - this was some time around 5:50AM on 17th June. I have raised this with the National Traffic Control Centre in Birmingham who are attempting to find a solution; until then, I'm afraid the following services will be shown as unavailable, returning no icons onto the map or incident page:

• Delays (nationally)
• Variable Messaging Signs
• Matrix signs

Please note that their roadwork (present and future) and incident feeds are unaffected, since they use a different method for presenting the data.

Update, 15:35 18/6/09: The problem seems to have been resolved.
